Following our booking confirmation all clients are kindly requested to send a forward payment of 40% by bank transfer.
All prices are in EURO
Electricity is not included in the winter/autumn prices
Weekly stays are booked on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
Guests are expected to clean the property before leaving, howhever if final cleaning is required a cleaning fee of 30,00 Euro will be applied. Please book in advance.
Bed linen is charged at 7 Euro per set per week. Please book in advance.
All final payments must be made by wire transfer 30 days before arrival.
